Maja has a Bachelor’s degree in Biophysics. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in »Organismic Biology and Evolution« at the HU Berlin. She works in John Nyakatura’s work group »Morphology and History of Forms«. Maja investigates the inner structure of femur bones in Sciuromorpha. She focuses on the functional adaptations of trabecular structures in various types of locomotion.
