Sandra Schramke

Sandra Schramke received her undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Development from the Technical University Dortmund (1989–1995). 1995 to 2002 architecture internships in Germany and Spain. 2002 to 2008 Research Associate in the Faculty of Architecture of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. Doctoral degree, dissertation title: »Die Ausstellungsarchitekturen von Charles und Ray Eames 1959 bis 1964/65« (The Architecture and Exhibition Design of Charles and Ray Eames 1959 to 1964/65). Practicing architect. From 2009 to 2016 Research Associate at the Chair for Cultural History of Knowledge of the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. 2014/15 Interim Professor of the Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design Kiel. From April 2016 until March 2017 PostDoc Priority Area Leader of »Form Process and Modeling«, Cluster of Excellence Image Knowledge Gestaltung. Since April 2017 Professor of Scenography and Curatorial Practice/Knowledge Spatialisation of the Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design Kiel.
